Meet Steph
Pilates has been a long-standing love of mine. Growing up, my practice was a weekly staple and I cherished the way it made me feel – inside and out. When I started my film and TV career, Pilates became an even greater cornerstone of every day and transformed into a sanctuary within my ever-busy lifestyle. It wasn’t until I became a mother that I decided to pursue my passion through classical and contemporary Pilates training.
Today, my joy lies in helping others feel the incredible nourishment that Pilates has brought me through different chapters of my life. In every session, whether in the studio or online, my goal is simply to help my community embrace balance, vitality and longevity. Our time together is about building the foundations today for an even stronger, more revitalised tomorrow.
I have a full comprehensive classical certification (600 hours) with Exhale Pilates London and contemporary qualifications in mat, reformer, small equipment and pre and post natal pilates with J Pilates.

Through a range of in-person, private and small group classes, I offer a compassionate and customised approach for each of my clients. With specialised sessions for prenatal, postnatal and movement concerns, I am here to enhance your confidence and wellbeing at every stage of your life.

As a Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities to enrich their mind-body connection and find freedom through full body movement - to feel taller, stronger and more supple. By harnessing the power of the classical method and the key Pilates principles, my teaching methods focus on nourishing your unique body to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of your true potential.

Pilates is a holistic form of exercise created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. Originally called ‘contrology’, his transformative method focuses on control to unify the body, mind and soul. Pilates believed physical fitness was intrinsically linked to our emotional wellbeing and essential to maintaining good health over our lifetimes.
